Bridge Baby: There are ways in campaign how to increase it for own units. Missile units jsut cause they dont have random insta kills dont mean they suck, they hurt and reduce overall hp with every hit. Just prefer targets with no shields or fire into flanks/rears.

My only qualm is the major hit to lethality. I may be in the minority with this opinion, but I really really liked the high lethality of ranged units. Lethality is drastically reduced by armor, but if a half naked unit gets hit with a volley or two, they should be hurting. I feel the lethality needs to be bumped up closer to vanilla values. It feels like my T4 archers are firing pool noodles at the enemy.

Undoubtedly, the game of pharaoh dynasties, will have a before and after to receive the massive update of Radious, for two reasons: Historical immersion and the great variety of unit that always offer us, we look forward to the mod, just as a suggestion would be great to address modify the buildings of the capitals of major civilizations for example Babylon, currently in the vanilla version do not look the hanging gardens of Babylon, or the walls as it would deserve the city of this great empire, It would be a dream to see buildings the size of the old Rome 1 where you could fight in the great square or in the palace even the levels of defense of the city had 2-3 levels and currently these kingdoms are wasted those walls that historically protected and separated the king together to the temples of the great city of the population, hopefully you can play the maps, greetings success in the project take the months that are necessary we trust you and your great art, greetings.

Good evening!

Search for some UI Artist - Unit Card maker for TW Dynasties!

We are almost ready to release our 11th Overhaul mod and its packed with content. But we already plan our post launch support and that will mostly focus on expanding rosters for new major factions, new native groups, elite groups and more.

As people who play Pharaoh and Dynasties know, game has 2 different styles for unit cards (each unit has basically 2 unit cards to chose from). That is time consuming and as it may seem that unit card is tiny part of entire functional unit, its still essential as every other parts.

So what is the problem? We have extremely talented card maker who covered all the cards sofar for us in Troy, Pharaoh, Three Kingdoms and so on. But recently he had fresh new baby born and is very busy and occupied with this little miracle.

So we are trying to find a help, person who could take some of the load of this unit card making process which will obviously speed up and future content updates.

It's good that I'm going on vacation now and when I come back, maybe I'll be able to start Pharaoh with the only correct mod. Generally, I prefer to wait than play without Radious mods. The only question is whether there will be a submod to increase the upkeep, because the default one is much too low for me. +80% minimum could be and it would be great.

Of course I know it's a lot of work, I've done some small mods myself in the past. The work is boring, tedious and tiring for the eyes. I just wanted to make sure with this question, because I have never used this Patreon site. It wasn't my intention to attack or anything like that. Just a minor note: The armor statistics of the "Chosen kushite heavy spearmen" unit are not reflected in the appearance of the unit, which is dressed very poorly in some rags.

Juice brings up a good point below. I have had the same issue of health being so high that I also have speed turned up by the end of battles because I can already tell who is going to win. I think the reason the health being high is an issue is because of morale. The morale of units needs to get lower at a faster rate if you're losing the battle or surrounded by enemies. So many times, I have had to turn up the speed because 2-3 enemy units have unrealistic morale when the whole rest of their army is dead around them. Then I surround them with 5 units and have to wait for the high health go down because they will not retreat till, they are practically dead. Other times, a unit will be on the frontline and have 10%-20% of its manpower left and shows no sign of lower morale.

It takes the immersion out for me sometimes because in a situation like that in history, 9/10 the enemy would have retreated or surrendered.

What was the purpose of giving seemingly every infantry unit 25k - 30k HP? The battles are so dragged out/boring. Auto resolve remains busted for chariots, so you're manually fighting pretty often. Every battle is 15-20 minutes and not because some kind of nuance or depth has been added. I just have to sit there on 4x speed and wait for my tier 6 units with 29k health to chew through their tier 2 units with 26k health.

Everything else within the mod is great. Personally, almost doubling the HP of every unit just feels like a miss. Really sucks the life out of the battles when individual models have to go through 20 matched combat animations with one another before someone eventually dies.

As an aside, I fought a bodyguard unit with 412 armor. They were amazing to watch in battle.

gotcha, well hopfully any new unit mods that come out will have a radious compliantly mod to go with it
