do something about their jumping!!!! They are constantly jumping!!!!!! As soon as you touch an NPC a little, he immediately jumps a meter up, jumping until he breaks his head!!! this is terribly annoying

i have ran into a problem recently where the ragdolls just die and fall over when you reload a save, does anyone know how to fix that?
