Using this with Smoother Terrain makes for very rover-friendly world and base.
The closest thing ive found is the Maze planet
Someone made a compatibility mod:

I guess if you use that, the mod order in the in-game menu would look like this:
Compatibility Mod
Seams Fixed Industrial Overhaul Edition
Better Stone
Industrial Overhaul
In default SE all ore is distributed in a checkerboard pattern which gives you access to all available ore types within a few kilometers at any random location. Nice for beginners but not for advanced players.
Just put both in the mod list.

My mod also only changes the edges of the height maps to align them properly. It changes only around 0.005% of the surface. That's why some people say they have never seen those glitches.

That location still looks slightly glitchy but that's because of the steepness of the terrain and probably the way the game calculates the surface.
So close to funny greatness in the description, lmao.
Thanks for this, hope this will become vanilla with some credits for your work."
Don't hold your breath. The collective sick ego of the developers, management, and ultimately the owner of Keen is breathtakingly absurd.
Don't forget - Space Engineers is simply a money machine for their ill-fated and piss poor development of their own AI. The only reason they release "updates" it to tie it in to paid for DLC.
Don't EVER think Keen gives a crap about their product or how terrible it is compared to the work that modders have done to make this game playable and entertaining.
It's a very poor rendition of Empyrion Galactic Survival.
BRAVO to the awesome work of awesome modders such as yourself!
I met the devs in Prague during the 10th anniversary event. They are really nice guys. I didn't want to ask critical questions during a event like that so I'm not sure why they won't fix stuff like that. To me it seems like an issue with management and priorities, and maybe communication between QA and devs.
I hope they'll do better with SE2. The way they generated the new height maps for VRAGE3 could lead to some weird formations at the cube map edges where mountains don't line up or are distorted. And they didn't have a solution for the latitude based climate zones yet when I asked. At least they have some time to sort it out.
Subscribed and liked the mod.

(However, it may cause a WALL to appear)
"We will investigate this issue further and see later if this is something to fix or not, because it might change the layout of the planets for all the players who might have bases and other things on those spots, so we need to evaluate it properly."
