I think separate the hat from the nose and tie. Especially since the nose and tie could be paired with certain hair pieces for clown loadouts.

And have the hat get 2 styles, flower and deflowered. And I do agree with reddin018. We can get a silly Mrs. Nesbitt reference lol.
