@ryanbailes06 Hello! Sorry for the late reply, but I regret to say that this addon is discontinued and will probably be removed, but in the [VJ] Black Mesa Vehicular SNPCS addon there are new friendly versions of the HECU and Black Ops.

and thanks to reupload i love this addon i didn't know that addon got deleted thats sad.This addon added some things that probably most players thought of when they saw the Black mesa npcs addon.Again, thank you very much for the reupload. If you can keep the addon updated with the new Black mesa Vehicular NPCS updates. or more addons in the future, I would greatly appreciate it.:steamthumbsup:
