Do whatever you want with them. Reason I made this was because I saw there wasn't many skins for the urban and the ones that were around were reskins and not hexed versions and even then, some of the hexed versions I saw only had ragdolls and not even playermodels. Plus the ones I saw on gamebanana looked pretty cool, and thought making an addon that included a bunch to choose from would be a good idea since I saw similar with a terrorist pack. So technically if you want, you can extract this addon and take out the urban playermodels you don't want and only use the ones you prefer.

oh I see, anyway solid work on the models and pms they are badass and also I'm starting a Military rp server so is it ok if I use these models for that server as pms?

Only reason I used them is because I was using an edited version of that addon. Honestly I hate using the regular hl2 weapons unless it's for the appropriate npc.
