执行完毕后会在该星球附近生成一个佣兵城邦的第二总部,然后再play回你原来的帝国,再own回该星系的恒星基地。这样就能为一个特定的佣兵城邦在你想要的位置创建一个第二总部了
如果猜测没错的话后召唤城邦的人无法建造.
比如我比联机队友后召唤策展,就会无法建造策展人智库.
