whatever crashed your game was caused by another mod. this mod only has sprite images. theres no lua or anm2 files that would crash it

I wish there was a way to turn off FF special rocks cuz i really want to use this

i'm not adding fiend folio support because:
1. it would take way more effort than i want to put into a finished mod
2. the number of people that actually use this with fiend folio would be minimal
3. it would take far more effort to resprite fiend folio rocks, given that they're pretty much all unique

after some testing. no, it doesnt work, FF denies it and theres no good looking mods for FF that makes T rocks more spottable
please add FF support, i genuinely love the look of this mod

Are super special rocks also reskinned?

i looked at the files and everything is all there. if you have any other mods that affect rocks, then it'll cause a conflict. you could also try unsubbing, launching the game, and resubbing, to make sure you have the most updated version

found a normal tinted rock in burning basement

after looking into fiend folio, i dont think i'm gonna be able to make a version for it. The fiend folio version of fool's gold doesn't really translate that well into soul ore. Not to mention, pretty much every floor has unique sprites for fool's gold and tinted rocks, so it would take considerably more time and effort to change them all

I don't use tinted rock mods, but this is definitely the best one I've seen

@Mej I've updated the mod to have a version for improved backdrops in the mod files. it isn't on by default though, you have to go into the files and follow the readme.txt instructions

I absolutely adore this mod, is there any chance you'll be able to add compatibility to "Improved Background and Visuals" to match their custom rocks? Particularly the Scarred womb rocks

@waterspoon I've reverted it back to the version with light-colored borders, if that makes a difference

this is really cool, tho i might not download it because of how obvious it can make it. BUT the sprites actually look nice and fit the game
