Yeah just checked it and that was the problem. The lightning bolt was on 2. Didn't know that's what the lightning bolt was for.

if it shows lightning bolt 2, both bindings will activated fire action 2

try pressing Z until the ligtning bolt on your lower left HUD displays "lightning bolt 1"

just ran a test, it worked fine for me

fire action one should be left signal

my fire and fire action one are binded to the same key and it functions for me

Hate to be the one to tell you this, but only the right turn signal works with both fire action 1 and 2.
