Just gonna say, the gray one remindes me of an illustration for an old X fanfiction where Sonic is fighting a vampire Tails.
First off; I get paid to do this and you don't. Second; Apoc and TBush distribute under the guise of creative commons. Because of this O.S.Jinx can also distribute under creative commons so long as they modified the original works (as they have) and in no way profit from it. However; they did build off of Apoc and Tbush' work so credit must be given.
Then you have the steam workshop. It has it's own set of rules.
Two of which cover the us of various ip which you can get around with creative commons.
The alternative is getting banned from the steam community; which judging by the amount of uploads Jinx has would be pretty detrimental.
No. Just pointing out the logical fallacy of complaining about someone not having permission to upload a model when I doubt the makers had permission to use the companys licenced IP.
p.s if you also dont like the downloads or have a problem with me then please say so in a message and I will block you so the drama ends.
Thank you.
He's a "white-knight" because he's actually got a semblance of how Steam works and whatnot, the only reason nothing's been dealt with in the SFM workshop is purely because no moderators exist to care about the content of this workshop.
Not just that, there have been shit like this that could lead into legal trouble. Just ask Bohemia Interactive.
Also, lol at the white knight below saying "You didn't mention the original makers". I doubt the original maker had permission from the creators of Sonic to make a model of Tails to begin with, so that also raises concerns.
You violate section 4 and 6C without credits to all authors; including the ip owner and porters(s). Everyone involved must be credited by name.
The alternative is a potential steam community ban.
