Aha! For anyone in the same boat as me: This just replaces Rochelle's dialogue with dialogue of an anime character (either from Noire or maybe Noire is the character's name xD no idea, I'm not familiar with it.) I like it, it works well with anime survivor reskins. Problem is if you're not familiar with the language you might think she repeats the same phrase constantly. Also the ai is unable to yell "Jockey" and such. Good mod though.

I don't understand what this is; I'm sure it's good and it seems like something I want but the only way for me to even know what this is would be to download it. Please make a better description or add a video demonstration. Like I see it edits sounds, but what does it change?

Pretty sure it would be too big for the Importer, thats why it would be split...
