Okay, so the issue is that you have the rotor with your main block of cameras in the block group, which makes the script think you are trying to use those as blind spot cameras. I removed that rotor from the group as well as disabled the two turret controllers (the script will manage the blind spot cameras, or you'll end up having competing inputs and not sure which one will win). Once I did those two things it picked me up and a ship I pasted in nearby

That said, do note that raycasting on planets is bad for performance (and I slow the script down to try and compensate for this) so I recommend using the Elite Sensor mod if you want to use it on planets, or really in general as it's more performant either way!
