That's actually in the mod. You need to have more than 2 dates with Maverick before going to Bryce 3

Not sure how hard or viable it would be, but just to put the idea out could be fun if there was a way to put dialogue in for Bryce 3 (The beach cook out) when Seb brings up whoever your dating, id love to see the gang teasing maverick about spending so much time with you given his original disposition

Bruh it's a Maverick dating mod that allows you to romance someone other than the topical character of said mod, obviously scene setups repeat.

It was a good mod, but I don't like how some of the "endings" are repeated even when you date different dragons. I think there's 4 or 5 unique endings.

Absolutely wonderful mod.

My proof-reader and I checked the mod several times but it seems we still missed a few spelling errors. If you find some, you can always post them to the "Bugs and errors" post. Just name the error and when exactly is happens.

As for art; I'm sadly not an artist and I don't know anyone who'd do pictures.

For now I'm just collecting ideas for a possible sequel; no matter if I'll actually make one or not. There is a possible main story but I’d need someone else for making sprites for a character I want to use.
So you shouldn't expect a sequel anytime soon

Hello, I've been thinking about your mod a bit, and it occurred to me that instead of creating a sequel, you could gradually improve the current one (fixing spelling errors, or creating images of Maverick from the MC's perspective, similar to the Loyal Companion mod, where you can see Sebastian staring in horror at the security system in the underground lab, or looking at MC almost in love during the 4th date).

It's just an idea, your mod is great as is, and I always enjoy replaying it from time to time.

Maybe you can send me a friend request and I can try to help you on the weekend. I'm having late shift this week so it' difficult for me to be online

Has anyone else gotten an error throughout mav's story activation and at the end of the date, it just repeats itself a second time just to work fine. It's a weird issue I'm having.

For the angry face; it's because someone (it didn't matter who) interrupted the moment she and the mc had.

Yes, that might make sense. But right after Mav freaking out that he had a dream where the player died, and then the text says that Anna is comforting him, I don't think she would do it with an angry look on her face. A neutral or worried face would be more appropriate in this situation, but it is just a little detail.

I don't think she knew who was knocking, her anger is in her getting interrupted by an unannounced visitor. It's not aimed at Maverick in specific.

Thanks for the update. On the other hand I don't understand why after Maverick knocks on the door and enters the doctor's office, Anna starts looking angry. I know she originally looked upset when discussing about Reza and Damion, but while playing this mod she never looked angry due to Maverick entering the doctor's office to see the player.

There is now a new version for the mod. As soon as it's signed you can have both, Requiem and my mod installed at the same time. There is also something for people who finish the endings

yes i have installed other mods and they work but this mod wont for some reason
but i think maybe my game is a bit bug and hasn't counted my previous run so im going to see if play a normal run till the end allows it to work

I did some testing and now it seems to work. Had to "unsubscribe, start the game, subscribe and start the game" twice until it worked.

I don't know if the problem is my mod, the patch or the workshop, but I asked on the awsw discord server.

Can you try to install a different mod?
The game had a new patch yesterday and there might be a chance that the patch caused the error

Did you use the skip option at the beginning of the first chapter? This causes the game to just skip and ignore my mod.


Moreover, do you have "A Solitary Mind" and the latest version of MagmaLink installed?

Hi, what kind of problem do you encounter? There are a few possible problems happening when using mods

1. The game itself won't start

2. A white-screen error when starting the game

3. The new scene with Sebastian in chapter 1 doesn't start. The scene happens after the first investigation, right after Maverick showed up, was angry and then left.

4. A problem during the mod like not being able to meet Maverick or not getting the right error

It’s an interesting idea but wouldn’t work for the base version of Redemption. I’d have to add Maverick to the main part of the "Meet Everyone." scene and write a good ending for the Aftermath mod. So you could either play part 2 or the Aftermath.

I’ll think about it, but for now I might still go for part 2. I already have a plan on the main story and a few of the dates.
However, I’ll keep the Aftermath idea in mind for later

I was thinking that instead of a sequel, you could make an Aftermath mod like Lorem, Anna, Bryce, Adine, and Remy currently have. That mod could be part of Redemption, where the player will have the task of going on all four dates with Maverick and then inviting everyone, including him, during the Big Fireworks.

It's just a suggestion. I think it would be easier for you to make a single chapter mod where all the protagonists are in the human era after the True Ending.

When I started the mod, there wasn't a smiling Maverick sprite so I tried to make my own. Maybe I'll ask the creator of Requiem if I can also use his sprites for part 2. So far I was allowed to use sprites from Aftermath and ECK.

Sadly I couldn’t use a special song because of copyrights; otherwise I would have used a piano version of Enclosure (Metal Gear Solid 1) for one of the bad endings, maybe E or F

I tried the mod yesterday and it's great. The only thing I would slightly complain about is the smile - I'm not saying it's bad - I just think that those ones from Requiem For Crimson Scales mod look more natural. What I would definitely like to praise is the music, which is breathtaking at times.

yes, there is a chance for a second part but I need to work on some problems like missing sprites (I'm bad at making pictures and would need someone else doing them), how to code it (like either updating this version or making a second mod based on this) and the main story itself.

There will be more interactions between the characters and additions from the base game and comic.
Vara and Amely will also be playing a part in the mod, so just like NSTH, you’d see a spoiler warning if you haven’t seen the true ending yet. You’d still be able to play part 2 even without the true ending, but then would see spoilers for the true ending.

However, don’t expect part 2 anytime soon. It’s still an idea and, in the worst case, might never happen.
Maybe I'll write the possible story as some sort of fanfic to see if it would work or not. I don’t want to ruin my mod with a badly written sequel

I tried to make the interaction as natural as possible. For Maverick and Adine it was easy since both are flyers and would meet each other during work. Moreover, Mav would most likely see her during his break when he goes do the café.

For Remy it was more difficult, so I just used Amelia's death/funeral as a first meeting but they aren't friends yet.

Having more than two dragons on the screen will be more difficult but luckily I can look at the code of the base game or mods (like Freefall with 4 dragons at the same time) to see how it works without looking bad.

With Mav being very big, I had some problems. That’s why Reza is a little too far on the right during the confrontation.

Oh and if there is going to be a part 2 that would somehow be continuation to this mod: I'd be all for it, especially if it means getting to hang around with the dragons ^^ especially Adine, Anna, Bryce, Maverick, Naomi, Lorem and/or Sebastian ^^

I truly wouldn't mind having a mods that would extend mods like this for even longer, because I just wish to keep interacting with Maverick and with other dragons (especially Adine, Anna, Lorem, Bryce, Sebastian and Naomi) alongside with Maverick and anytime when there are two or more "main characters" on the screen at the same time (outside the MC themselves) is very enjoyable because then they and MC gets to interact with one-another.

And I am very much into all kinds of bonding and friendship hangings and talks ^^
