You should first find the LEADER POOL.
And check if you are using mods like YNAMP that DELETES the LEADER POOL.

I mean a button that selects everything that is not selected and deselects what is selected. inverts the selection. This can be very useful if, for example, I want to play only with leaders that I have won with. Or if I have a saved configuration and now I want to reverse the selections I made then.

Thanks! Actually i've considered more presets before, but i'm afraid that such presets may be offensive for some players in some ways, so finally i gave up.
