Dear developer, I noticed that even after the latest update, re-subscription to the mod, checking the integrity of the files, the buttons for founding administrations outside of Africa still do not appear. Great Britain, directly controlling Burma, Oman... Russia, not singling out Persia after the paint job... Just keeping you informed. Thanks for your efforts. Is it necessary to own all strategic regions to be allocated? Usually AI does not achieve this

I’m also going to change the restriction that prevents France from creating a colony in North Africa. It will be possible if France completes the North Africa journal entries or if France is player-controlled (WIP).

The mod has been updated to 1.9.
You can now create colonies in Europe! If you run into any bugs while playing, please share as many details as you can (like which country you were playing, if you were at war when creating the colony, if another country had already colonized the same region, and anything else that might help).

uk often create a colony in oceania and the option to extend the colony in oceania steals all the lands from australia. if that happens usualy a rump australia exists in some random tiny islands they colonized

In the original game, there is already a Danubian State KUK in the Danube region. But there is only Eastern Rome in the Balkans, and it feels like there may be a better one to consider.

But what would happen in places like the Balkans (Yugoslavia, Greece, and Bulgaria) or the Danube region (primarily Hungary and Romania), where there is more than one characteristic nation? I’d like to know what you would recommend in those cases.

Additionally, something to consider is that I heard having too many flags could cause performance issues. Because of this, I would initially limit colonies to one or two flags per colony at most (for instance, one flag for monarchies and another for democracies). However, I’m not entirely sure if these performance issues are still a concern.

I have in mind the idea of enabling the formation of colonies in Europe, as I recently found the method to implement it. However, I wanted to ask about the issue of flags for colonial nations, not just in Europe, but also in America, Asia, and Oceania. The first idea I had is to assign colonies the flag of the most representative country from the specified region. For example, the colony in the Brazil region could use Brazil's flag, the Mexico region could use Mexico's flag, and Central America could use the Central American flag.

Can you make colonial governments in Europe, add a rule is_player = yes, so that AI will not build colonial governments in Europe. There are also conditions for the establishment of other colonial governments, also OR={is_player = yes, so that we can complete the journal entries and no longer rule directly. Enable players to set up a colonial government anywhere, so that players can better rule the world.

France should no longer release North Africa
If there's any other bug or issue that shouldn't happen, i would appreciate it if you let me know, i wasn't aware of this France issue since i don't usually play as France

I think AI France should not release north africa for it will make the Algeria journal entry fails.

Was playing as the USA recently and on shifting my gaze to the East India Company I noticed that all the princely states were merged into a single country which went by the name of "British India", a crown colony of Great Britain. Would be nice to have it resolved.

mod is bugged. released subjects have no primary culture and no ruler. also releases happen where they shouldnt. like ottoman releasing arabia.

There seems to be a problem where Colonial Puppets are able to release puppets themselves, i.e., British Raj releasing a puppet, DEI, releasing half of Indonesia, and the occasional colonial government in Indochina releasing half its territory. These sub puppets then proceed to be booted out of your sphere of influence and it is a bit game-ruiney.

@alaniquilador: unfortunately with the BR mod the spawned colonial administrations almost always has no primary culture and no leader. they have new cultures, so probably incompatible

It shouldn't cause major problems in the use of this mod in Basileia Romaion, the mods that would have serious problems are those that add strategic regions that do not exist in the base game.

This looks really cool, but Russia consistently creates "Ob" in Siberia around game start. The colony-state isn't even contiguous, with one province near the Urals and one far away on the pacific coast.

That's strange, I just tried to form a colony in China and it gave me the correct name (XXX China), try to subscribe again, maybe you still have the previous version, which had that problem in China, India and Siberia.
Regarding the flags, I haven't spent time on them since first I wanted the mod to be functional, in the way that you can create colonies on all continents.
