Can't this mod be used in multi?

I liked the old version of this mod that you made and I am looking forward to trying this one out as well. I wish it was still .223 instead of 5.56. But what I think would be even better would be if this thing uses 22LR as it was originally intended to be by the devs. There's a mod that just adds 22RL ammo to the game linked below. I think it would be a good idea to make a patch for it along with with other gun mods that add there own 22LR they are also linked below.

The mod that adds it's own 22LR ammo with nothing else. Side note the same arthor had more standalone mods that just add other ammo calibers like 357. Magnum.
