Forgot to you this earlier, but I suggest maybe putting everything that has changed in the cover in the description, that way everyone has a good idea on how much Berkshire has progressed in a decade without having to look for the details themselves.

Damn, I really like the concept of taking a cover and advancing it through the decades (reminds me of a YouTuber named Akuras who did a similar concept in Cities Skylines). Question is, how far are you going to go for this cover? Will we be seeing Berkshire in the 21st century or is it going to be strictly early 20th century?
