what even is the point in porting to a different base if you cant either port all of the feature from the old base or utilise new features on the new base

This work may have content from the original mod, but this isn't a shameless rip. This is a legitimate port to a superior base because Darsu and his team openly refused to put their arguably best mod on a new base, which is well within their right, they did a good job making the OG. But to call this "mod theft" because someone took the time to update the mod to a better base is laughable.
The creator of this mod pack for ARCCW will care, if OP didn't get permission to port this to ARC9 then they shouldn't have done it at all regardless of their intentions, mod theft is stupidly common on the workshop!
