The new version uses the bandoleer inventory slot. Because of the way the assets are modeled, if the container vest renders over the top of the bulletproof vest, the chest of the character is not rendered, causing visual bugs, so the compromise is to have the bp vest render over the top of the pocketed vest.

Including details on what exactly happens with the sponges open jackets, when you activate the action (like, does it just disappear, or change to a non-container vest, etc..
