There is a wasp race, which is effectively the very angry distant cousin of a bee, and would be an alright choice for a Hive themed run.

I actually really like AVIAN, she was a huge inspiration for making APIS. Although in my opinion her humor feels a little too forced, which is part of the reason I made APIS, I wanted something a little more balanced between "I must crack a joke on every message or I will implode" and "I am a boring computer"
