I made a colony survival including man with custom xeno including male but everytime i reload my save they keep changing back to girl. Is it possible to lock colonists as male?

Baseliner xenotype will be overwritten by the last loaded mod, all other xenotypes will get both genes, although the female gene is "stronger" and will supress the male gene
