Her model is small. I recommend rescallng her to "0.4" in SFM. Her eyes are too dark when Ambient Occlusion is enabled which many of us like using it. If anyone wants to get rid of the eyes being dark in Ambient Occlusion, find the "eyes" VMT file and delete:
"$phong"
"$phongexponent"
"$phongboost"
"$phongfresnelranges"
"$phongalbedotint"
"$basemapalphaphongmask"
"$phongalbedoboost"

Especially their number values.
