Maybe it could have a taunt based on one of Alice's idle animations while holding the Croquet Mallet from the first game? There's one where she swings it and accidentally hits her head, that seems like it would fit Pyro. Maybe he could tell it off afterwards, like with the Second-Rate Sorcery.

Perhaps the reality version could be an axe with painted on eyes and metal teeth, like lil chompie from pl_frontier.

Beautiful.
On the one hand this cries out to be a Pyroland-restricted reskin for one of the larger Pyro melees (like the Powerjack), similar to the Rainblower.
On the other hand, Valve just added a ton of pink and pastel blue weapon skins with the Tough Break Pyroland collection weapon case, so.... why not, might as well be a visible weapon, would go nicely with the Balloonicorn flamr thrower or the rainbow-coloured flame thrower.

I want this to be a powerjack reskin so it wouldnt be just for looks

Really, really cool. I'd love to see this in an update for Pyro, ECT New weapons, Balance changes, but on point and on-story, THIS IS AWESOME. 6/5.
