Is there an expected fix for ammunition sale price? It is currently way too high with selling granting twice or thrice as much as it would have cost to buy at Bobby Ray's.
It sounds like you'd rather not do ammo. I would like to submit my totally useless opinion for the opposite.
It's because by late game I'm not using much regular ammo and it really starts to clutter stuff up in certain ways. Like, I end up with oodles of standard 9mm. Sometimes I take it all to a random spot in the middle of nowhere and just drop a ton of it to unclutter it all from what I will actually use.
No worries if you'd still rather not. I have a feeling my minor request is not worth the hours it would take to make it so. I can also just keep dumping it. That's rather easy to do (it's just a bit gamey feeling).
It depends on what you need more at the moment money or parts. Things look a little different with mods like ToG, as there are a lot of very expensive weapons and dismantling them is often simply not worth it unless you absolutely need the parts.
An AK 47 costs $1,500. At 100% quality you get 10 (don't know if this is skill dependent) parts worth $500. This corresponds to around a third of the purchase price. If this is scaled with the quality of the weapon, you get between 0 and 500 dollars. At your 10% it would hardly be worth selling.
The question is also whether you want to set a minimum price for a certain quality level. I'm looking forward to the update and will test it in the game I've just started.
An armor with 10 % or 100% sells for the exact same price, so do all other items. Scrapping scales with the quality your selling prices unfortunalely do not.
