This one was tough and I beat most of the puzzle in a odd way (very different from lapicidas )

I knew you could get into the close area. (It's called "portal bumping"), but I had no idea that it could be useful. I wish I hadn't deleted the video of the solution. I can't even remember how to solve this. :s

And i was almost certain that it is not the intended solution.

I find it also illogical to shoot a portal in a closed area!!
MousseMoose  [author] 8 Dec, 2016 @ 5:58pm
Nice! You did a lot of things that I had no idea you could do.

Puuuuhhh, you're right. It was really pretty finicky.
I'm still a rookie in playing Portal 2, but I like such challenges.
And I learned a lot while searching a feasible solution:

- placing a sphere that it doesn't roll away

- shooting a portal into a closed area
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=814344446

- using the reflector cube for diagonal laserbeams
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=814344597

- walking slowly backwards with the cube in the hand while the laserbeam hit the target

- but finally I got it:steamhappy: . And the reward was an open door !
( not even a piece of cake :steamsad: )

Thanks for this fascinating map, it was excellent brain jogging :-)

Nope. Don't know why it says there is. AnywaysI'd recommend against this map. It's pretty finnickey.

Is there really bounce gel somewhere?
MousseMoose  [author] 7 Jun, 2016 @ 11:09am
Oh wow nice job. That looks hard. Not the intended solution. But my solution was pretty bad and finnicky, so I applaud you.

Nice!
You can even add an additional sphere button to open the exit dooor :

Oooh, thanks for the demo! Not a huge break, but good job finding that. And yeah, spheres are pesky little things.

Oh ! Thanks a lot!. Glad you play my chambers :).
Well. the last task... my method is easy ( a bit timing is required). You can fix if you remove the white surfaces next to observatory room.
And I will record a demo shphere part.

Thanks for the comment! Just so you know, I followed you since it looks like you put out a lot of quality maps. Hmm, would you mind telling me how you got the first sphere. That was the ONE part of the puzzle in which I was confindent that there were no alternate solutions. And I like your take on the last task. That looks really hard to do! I'm wondering if I should allow it..

Wow. Fabolous puzzle. Very clever and rewarding. The first reflector cube is the hardest part for me maybe, add a visual hint on the wall . And My method is easier (and logic) to get the sphere at first.
The second reflector cube is my favorite task. Pure lateral thinking. Very well done. Added to my favorites.
Edite: Phew.... the last task is so tricky. My method is very different and easier xDD.
