This is an issue on your end. I have tested the uploaded version and the first person model literally doesn't even have a head nor body. I loaded up on GMod and tested many weapons and I have nothing blocking my view.

It is an issue on your end, the lua script is pointing to the arms model and that model has only the arms, no head nor body.

I'll check it out. It should be using custom arms that don't do that.

The model is good, but when you use it, the model’s head obscures your view.

I may try to bring more over at some point. It's mainly just I'm bad at rigging and when extracted, the models don't have a skeleton. And also my hyperfixation on this game has gone away lol

The models take alot of time to extract and cleanup. The models are a pain to work with.

Nope. It's just not as popular in the English speaking world. Every person I approached about help with the English name of something for this game incase I want to do more models knew about the game.

The issue is that YAE uses a custom engine, an impressive one at that. But that means getting models from it is difficult and there is no luck on getting already rigged models so it's a pain in the ass just to do one.

If you eventually made a You Are Empty pack of models (and skins/bodygroups with weapon props too) that'd be the best upload ever! You Are Empty needs more attention, seriously, the premise is so great. If only they didn't have a shoe-string budget
