make it so when they spawn they have a piece of stone still on them and if you put the miracle flouid on it then if falls of then it heals them just like in the anime/manga
and add the cracks on there face like in the manga

the stoned people should be immune to drowning and other various things, and unstoning should heal wounds with black cracks
