I'm just repeating what others have said, it uses individual images for every single items, and it uses dropbox instead of steam workshop. Dropbox has a 120 download limit, and this mod has ~254 items. So dropbox will give you a 24 hour limit _twice_, taking 3 days to download this.

Hey everyone I made an updated version of this, I added a working hourglass and used standard item models so that the custom item model glitch wouldn't effect it.

I get a message that custom models were destroyed because they fell through the world. Anyone know why?

You can copy paste anything you need if you feel there's not enough of something. (It's been a while since I opened this mod, but if I recall correctly there are bags with multiple copies of each board).

This mod is very old, it was made before a lot of features were included like randomization zones. :)

Oh, and one more question. Is there any plan in adding expansions for this game? If there would be a problem with copyrights I'll understand, just wanna know, if there is a change :)

I was really exicited when I saw this game here, but there seems to by something wrong with assets... Like there are allmost all missing... If there is problem with dropbox, is there an option in which we will download all of the assets so they dont need to be on dropbox? I am new to tabletop simulator so I am not sure if it is possible but I would really like to play this game here but it seems to be impossible in this condition.

The Felt2 background image for the custom board seems to be missing from assets uploaded to google drive.

sorry, spell it out for me... if they've been disabled from dropbox, how do I get them? (I own the game, but was hoping not to have to scan them all in) I tried manually going to the address that is listed in the custom window, and it says that the image has been disabled due to too much traffic

a lot of games seem broken due to dropbox... how do you make it get the images from google drive or mega as per the discussion? Do I have to change the address of every single image manually? (noob, sorry)

I'd essentially just need the scans and to find some time to actually do it. :blissful_creep:

If you do decide to scan it make sure you just do a couple for testing and quality purposes first. Better than doing the whole thing first then checking with me and seeing something was wrong. Good luck either way. <3

You must be new? If anything seems frozen try to unlock it first. (Default key: L)

Is it just me, or are the actual character pieces frozen in place? Whatever I do they seem to be frozen in place, with no way to interact or unfreeze.

I've actually understood a lot more about the system lately. While I definetly could fix the models so they work with grid. It would require redoing a lot of the models.

So long story shot, yes, it could be possible for you to see an improvement. As to when, I have no idea, I still need to finish up mods I'm currently working on. :blissful_creep:

are there any turn-based-ship-building variants?

since realtime building and looking at 2nd and 3rd flight cards may just not work as well in tts.

I personally like the feel of the tiles. So I doubt I'd ever even consider moving them to cards. Plus the stacking nature of cards completely goes against the way you're supposed to setup the initial game. :)

Could you possibly optimize this a little bit? 692 items seems excessive for what I'm seeing in the screenshots.
All those tiles could be turned into square cards for instance.

I have made boards that work with the grid. The bottom row of numbers is cut off because I made the board for the IIIA first and apparently it's thinner than the II and the III or something I don't know. Regardless WORKS WITH GRID so vast improvement in playability.

Fantastic work! I love this game and all the fan content would add a lot to it. Unfortunately the grind not working seems to make it completely unplayable... or at least, way more difficult to play when combined with the time limit

I only had 2 in as I figured most people would be able to know where the help feature was in TTS, and have deductive reasoning. ^^;

I didn't add any extra boards as I didn't want to take up unnecessary space for people who are only playing 2 player, given how easy it is to copy and paste, I figured it wouldn't be an issue for the people who are playing 4 players.

Just curious how do I go about setting this up for a 4 player game? There is 8 ship boards but only 2 of each to play on.
