I think electric rollers give less bonus that the leather ones right now. I see +1.25c/s move speed with them while +1.75c/s with leather ones and +1.50c/s the wooden ones

Comparing the Electric and Powered skates: the electric version covers the feet and toes; the powered version also covers the arms, torso and neck.
Also, the powered version has a -30% slave suppression debuff.
Additionally, the joy gain is e.g. +110%, instead of +10%.
