This would be an epic character

for crossbones you should do this, very rough but gets the job done:
up-b: grappling gun (ledge grab when in mid air, but can act like a bungee cord as well)
neutral-b: ketchup gun (basic projectile)
side-b: dash (should be doubled like the soul in the fight)
down-b: dead (similar to jigglypuff's rest)
neutrals (the pow stuff he does i guess?)
aerials: don't know
