it should be if they look at you they start to die not when your near them (well it will work when their not looking at you)

HOW DO YOU TELEPORT IT SAYS "USE THE SECONDARY FIRE TO TELEPORT" IM DOING THAT AND ITS NOT WORKING wait... is the secondary fire button that left click/right click button on your mouse if so then it doesnt work
