I looked into the problem of your mod in more detail.

In fact, the main problem with this mod is that a pool of blood instantly spawns when bullet hit body. Not after character death. For this reason, after non-fatal hits often the player sees puddles without corpses, which looks a little strange.

@Du You need to make the pool of blood spawn only after the character dies and with a slight delay. Please try it

Great mod. but it needs improvements. For example, you need to make a delay for the Blood Ground Splash, because very often the dead body of a sprinting soldier flies forward by regdoll inertia, while the ground blood splash will spawn instantly under the killed one! As a result, the body is far from the blood puddle on the ground.

Effects look pretty nice, but I also encountered the same issue after adding the server key. There's some duplicate PBOs in the mod, but not sure if that's related.

I really like your mod, completely visceral but your key is not working now? If I load your mod onto a dedicated server with key signature set on, it would kick me upon connection with an error message that the pbo's were not signed. I do have the bikey in the server keys folder. Can you check when have a chance? Thank you.

sometimes i just mow down an entire squad but i forget that i am literally using a mini gun on a truck and just get disgusted by all the blood and bits everywhere

this mod is really good, but you should add an option to disable the blood splatter on the ground and the chunks. i really like the blood spray effect but i'm good without the rest

Does this still produce the gore effects when all you did is strike the body armor and not penetrate when you're using ACE and ACE Armor Adjuster?

@Anyway I really need @Du to fix this... but you can probably use pboman3 ( https://github.com/winseros/pboman3 ) to edit the pbo to add a header called "prefix" with some value like "bloodimpact"

There has to be a server-based solution, not a client!
For servers, you download the mod and install it on the Arma 3 server. You can't tell others how to fix a mod on theirs!

so the reason the signatures don't work is that the PBOs don't have a prefix header, please add this. Even if DSSignFile or arma 3 launcher says the mod is signed properly with a private key and the bisign matches the bikey, a dedicated server with signature checking enabled WILL think this is not properly signed. It's required even if you don't refer to anything in your mod via a path. https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/PBOPREFIX

Hello! First of all, this mod is very good looking! I enjoy using it!
Today I noticed something unusual! This mod seems to have some sort of minor conflict with recent Yulakia map.

When I launch these two together I get following pop up message when the main menu of the game opens for the first time!
"No entry 'bin/config.bin/CfgModels/default.sections"
This is unusual because I don't remember encountering such pop ups on other maps while using this mod.
Could someone replicate this, so I am sure the trouble is not on my end?
I hope this information could be useful to someone!

First of all I have a lot of work now and I took a break from arma.
Secondly, this is impossible, because there is only one effect of hitting a person in the arma, it is impossible to create different effects for someone sitting in a car and not sitting

Please prohibit the mod from generating blood under units that are inside vehicles! Because blood сannot seep through the bottom of tanks, APC, Mraps and others...

@John Cuttler - Man könnte, mit Betonung auf "könnte" die Mod auch nur Client seitig benutzen, wenn man aber will, dass alle Spieler dieselben Blutflecken sehen könne, dann müsste man die Mod entweder Client und Server seitig laden, oder direkt vom Server ausführen lassen. Da dieser Typ es aber immer noch nicht geschafft hat diese Mod richtig zu signieren, kann man sie stand heute in die Tonne treten. Grüsse SPEC

The following issues that I encountered:

1. A pool of blood always appears at the place where the soldier was killed, but not at the place where his body fell. Due to ragdoll, this sometimes creates problems because the dead body may roll down the slope or fly by inertia, while the blood is left behind. Is it possible to make a pool of blood appear with a some delay only on the dead body position?

2. Those killed inside vehicles will create pools of blood on the ground below them. This allows blood to flow through the vehicles. Is it possible to prohibit having bloodout for those killed inside vehicles?

3. The pool of blood has too fast and too short animation. Is it possible to make the animation of its increase slower and longer?

I am personally against it, because I really like this feature. Yes, It would be nice if the author added CBA settings so that everyone can enable/disable effects. For both alive and already dead bodies, etc. below, I already asked him about it, because I was afraid of performance problems.

It's generally strange that this mod no feasible for you, for performance issues. I have tested this mod even in huge battles, there are no performance issues there. You probably have a weak PC?

The mod is really incredible
...but unfortunately it is not feasible for me to really use it due to performance issues. Will there be any possibility of making it configurable so that it is not so demanding? some setup ideas:

- That the bits are only emitted by living enemies
- Have each enemy emit a maximum amount of bits
- The same for blood, that a corpse no longer bleeds as much.
- That some of these things disappear over time, or when they are more than a certain distance from the players

Again, it's amazing work, but it's sad not to be able to use it.

@_mickey_ particles do not have collision with any mesh except terrain. So they will not stay on the ground of a building or anything like that. Blood splaters on the walls are physical objects and not particles. I would suggest to stop giving people advices in things that you do not understand.

@Du another thing that i have noticed is that sometimes blood splater flickers (as in bloodlust when there is an animated blood on the ground), you can preload all textures when game starts to avoid that issue. That will also boost a performance a little bit.

But all things concidered, that is the best blood mod on the WS.

This is unlikely to be the case, as we see in different mods how splashes of blood appear on the walls. This is present in many mods (including Blood lust). So it seems to me, that particle contact with objects such as buildings is not limited by the engine. In the end prpbably, only inside buildings, a separate method could be used for spawn blood particles? Don't stop and don't despair! It's possible...

yeah seems your server key is no bueno, kaput, no workie. Might need to regen your key or something. When we implement it on the server it's kicking people because a couple PBO's don't match the key. ser_bi.pbo and ser_bi_blastcore_compat.pbo are referenced.

@Du Some issues, that I discovered later:

1) During the blood splash animation, when a bullet hits body, at the very end of the animation, the blood particles stop splashing and hang statically!
Please try to bit speed up this blood splash animation. It seems to me, that the FPS for the animation itself needs to be correctly correlated with its duration value. Or just do a visual fade out at the end.

2) Puddles of blood never appear inside buildings. Please try to fix this. For example, I saw that in the "WBK Simple Blood" mod there is no such problem. So it's possible, you can see how it's done there.

thanks for answer. Mod look cool, I've already tried it! But there are a lot of particles, this can affect performance, especially in large battles. We really need CBA settings, I hope you can handle it.

I've tried a dozen ragdoll mods. And I advise everyone to use only this mod - @Ragdoll Physics Plus+ This is the best mod I've ever seen (there are two versions of MP/SP
