This might sound lame but removing the dragon thing and having a more normal helmet might make it get used more.

the paint region needs to be tone down in favor of a more clearer image on the wooden monster

Nice helmet, my only criticism is that it needs a matching body misc or two. Aside from that, pretty well made.

I'm going to be the contrarian and say this already looks great as-is. If you take the others feedback into account, you could maybe make it so that the default style has no team-colored areas and is just plain wood, and then with paint it could look the same as it is now. That way people could have their toned down version but with Team Spirit or other paints, the option is still there.
The model is magnificent, glad to see more viking items

The detail is astounding, although personally it just feels a bit much. Up close it looks great but in the zoomed out previews it just kind of becomes a big mess of colors. Really impressive craftsmanship though, I'm very excited to see what you all make next.
