that's called weight painting, Even the base models have details that will stretch according to they're rigged to the skeleton. If the pockets didn't stretched with the model, it would cause a bunch of clipping issues that would look much worse. Not much that could be done here

Honestly my only issue is that it looks like the claps on the pouches are just textures and stretch when the spy moves, I mostly noticed that with the second blu set idea thing.

tone down the features and detail on it, it looks like a fortnite cosmetic

for some constructive criticism thats not "le slop", the lines on the jacket look really bad, especially on the shoulder and elbows. the wrist cuffs are way too big and so is the collar, and im personally not a fan of the pockets on his chest. this whole submission looks underdone, but i think theres potential if you tune the aforementioned problems.
