comcalvin, thank you for the feedback! I've been using new methods for storytelling, new eventing. Including for each location I tried to match the right light. Night or dawn, sunset? Something I had time to try and apply right away. From many maps I removed the aching white sunlight. I used other bright options in its place. I really like bright orange evenings, but sometimes I think of tropical nights. I wanted to make a huge map in the last map to show the scale of loneliness on the edge of the forest at the secret base. 2nd map a new event that is canonical to the original HL2 Episode Two with increasing difficulty! The important thing is not how fast, but how long you can withstand the onslaught! Of course I tried out extreme methods in city 17 revamped(prequel), so this time there was no super difficult. My idea was to make an immersive world where many places became interesting and beautiful for players. I wanted to convey my feelings there, the serenity at sunset

wo bist du, Thank you for the feedback in English! I understand your message much better now. I'm sorry, but I'm not likely to fix bugs. It's very ancient software for updating addons and I have to use crutches. Apparently this addon will remain without updates :( I already tried to update it once and the old software just deleted it. I had to reload the addon back with a new page

some levelling design tricks I used in this campaign :) maybe the buttons make no sense to you, but they immerse the player. Possible bugs on the navigation and director side. Even though there were testers with me, we can't predict everything, and the game can't show us everything.

第一关矿车前面的木板别走上去用近战打,小心被矿车撞死
被舌头拉住有时候会卡住,要admin
第二关电梯特别久
奇奇怪怪的空气墙围绕着救援车辆
救援关一堆没用的开关
救援关,基地到直升机那里好像有一扇门打不开,而且那段路没丧尸生成
救援关小僵尸在你眼皮底子下生成

nice design but there are some bugs:
bots couldnt follow me well, is that a navigation problem?
when the smokers got me, i was helped and found that I was stuck in some strange places
i got fucked by the mine cart in the 1st level because i used the melee to break the wooden bars
elevator event in level 2 is too long
some weird air walls surround the rescue vehicles, it would be better to add some fences
many meaningless buttons in the final
1 of the doors that couldnt be opened and zombie couldnt be spawned on the way to the chopper.

I just finished playing this map with a group of friends, and I have to say, it's one of the best custom maps we've experienced in a long time! From start to finish, the map delivers on every front — stunning visuals, challenging gameplay, and tons of fun.

The layout is well thought out and offers plenty of variety. Each area feels unique, with different environments that keep things fresh. The use of lighting and atmosphere is excellent, especially in the darker sections where the eerie ambiance adds to the tension. It’s clear a lot of effort went into making the world feel immersive.

The level design is challenging but fair. The pacing feels great, with just the right amount of hordes and special infected. We had moments of genuine tension as we navigated narrow corridors while fending off waves of zombies. The defensive positions were well placed, offering strategic play, but we never felt like there was one “best” way to approach things.

Red the music Zoro, please read the campaign description I always show the map names there. There is an item in the description ‘Maps:’ and there is the name of the map and its name in .bsp for the console

decent map, but the elevator holdout is way to long, feels like a drag. finale map also feels like a walking simulator

Long story short: not worth the playtime

Map 1 to 5 are acceptable, just White Forest ahh stuff going on, map 6 tho

> big ass ground
> zombies pouring in from every direction
> 3 generators and 3 cars to interact with in each corner of the map, gotta touch one at a time
> 2 tanks spawn afterwards that you have to FIND
> mil base full of doors and buttons that don't work
> escape music plays for 10+ minutes while you open 10001 doors to make your way to the helo

Verdict: 4/10, waste of time
