Report a translation problem
If possible you could maybe make it so enemies are always neutral when you wear the armor. Again tho, don't know if that's even possible. Maybe with OpenStarbound but idk if you'd wanna make that a requirement.
And to balance it out a bit enemies should be able to detect you if you're close to them or attack them. Also it shouldn't have an affect on bosses otherwise it would just make them trivial.
i have made sure this is the only mod installed and even then it still doesnt work

I don't care about future plans, just what it adds right now.
I was surprised to find the description so... lacking. I'm sure I'm not the only player who refuses to add mods to a game without knowing what it actually changes or adds. IMO, that's almost like downloading and installing software without knowing what it does.
If this was done to avoid spoilers - prematurely revealing surprise stuff - know that this can be avoided by surrounding text with {spoiler] {/spoiler] tags in either a mod's description or in comments.
Example:
