I wish there were a mod to only add 2 slots to these special faction buildings like Gardens, Pirate Coves, Undercities, and whatever else gets added.

I'm trying to get it work, but i'm always having only 4 slots with changeling cultist, i manage at first time to get 4 rearrange weirdly.. i place 3 row above, here my mod list order about buildings :
-BSE minor 6slot T4
-MinorTier5and4All
-BSE
-3 rows slots
-BSE uscc
-BSE 3rows uscc
-BSE major 20 slots

@Myxameno https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3290925370 I released this fix here but I'm not a scripter or coder so currently the only issue is getting it to filter races that can already establish Cults as you have to disable it if playing a race that per vanilla can establish cults, its only for playing factions that under normal circumstances can't but have been modded to be able to.

@Myxameno I actually managed to fix it with the help from grijnskat, someone also working on a Morathi mod. I had to create a lua file that toggle a script to unhide the slots. I guess by default the game hardcodes slots to be invisible for factions that don't normally have cults and this script just unhides them, once were able to have the script filter out factions that already have slots (so they don't appear twice) it should be all good.

@🌙♰MidnightWinter❄⚜, probably not. Custom cults would use custom DB keys. Compatibility should be possible, but I don't have a lot of free time now to look into that. But I"ll mark this in my backlog and check whenever I have some time. To clarify, you're talking about Ling Ling's Cult of Pleasure mod, right?

I don't believe this is compatible with custom cults, playing as Morathi with the mod that adds Cult mechanics to her faction cause no slots to appear upon establishing a cult as Morathi its just a blank space that appears once a cult is established

I can confirm this load order works! Took me some finagling to set it up, though. Which mod manager are you using? I'm trying Shazbot's and it's very unintuitive with changing load orders (for me at least).

@Dairko, it works for me on new campaign with only BSE UGSCC, 3 Rows mod, and BSE 3 Rows submod. Load order is: submod, 3 Rows mod, BSE UGSCC. If this doesn't work for then try verifying game's files and unsub/resub to the mods.

so i have moved the 3 rows mod to above BSE_USCC, and otherwise is a vanilla load order. I have then moved the USCC to below the 3 rows mod, otherwise vanilla. I have tried it in wholly vanilla. I have not got it to work so far.

I do have 3 rows when this mod and the BSE UGSCC are not enabled. you have the 6 slot settlements mod in the screenshots, which i am using, do you think the t4 minor settlement submod could cause the issues? i removed it to no effect. I also use the BSE 20 slots for major settlements, you do not appear to have that in your screenshots. i removed it to no effect.

Yup, I haven't got a clue. I'll try using just your mods listed later and add onto it until something breaks.

Hope any of this helps anyone <3 BSE def works with Radious and always did. You can do whatever you want, but honestly: consider trying vanilla again if you get a chance

It's lovely if 98% of mods work together out of the box. It's crazy to run 30 custom faction and race adding mods, IMHO it's not worth it (as it was 100% during WH2 times) to go through all this trouble with overhauls in 2024, especially CA regularly breaking some mods with their updates....

I would cry if once the >100 mods have gotten their update, I'd have to deal with more pain due to outdated/crashing submods. And I don't mean in theory. This was me just a few months ago. And I used to think nothing can be better than a fully decked out SFO, for example... Now I've seen the light HAHA My 5 cents, enjoy and good luck <3

I've heard horror stories of people deleting mods and they not immediately disappear (but unsubscrbing via Steam -> "my subscribed items" works for me, reliably. Everytime.

You can re-initalize WH3MM's cache, metadata etc. data by backuping the config file and any backup versions from a subfolder called 'wh3mm" within the "Roaming" folder on your system drive. The .config file contains all your presets/saved modlists.

Save that, all other stuff can be purged. If you re-open WH3MM things like caches etc. will just be recreated so it's like day 1. And if you have any potential Load Order issue, consider the following: Rule 1: It's not the load order. Rule 2: RESET your load order (right click title pane in # column)....

Hey @DarknessWrath 99,99% of all time your load order must always be "default". It's NEVER that when you have a big problem, like the game not launching. Of 100 mods, I'd say load order matters for 1, and it's mostly visual mods. I also think that some mods "f*cked your game for some reason" sounds like a big fat myth ;) A few tips to "clean house", if I may...

You can reset your game install, e.g. by purging everything inside the 'data' folder then running the 'Verify game files' function via Steam. Both the game installation and all mods your subscribed to should be like on "the first day". It's important to keep things clean...

For those that this mod doesn't work with radious. I use this mod and radious + over 100 other mods. The UI of minor settlements only show 4 building slots (1 main building and 3 others), however I can build up to 5 slots (1 main building and 4 others) if I build from the building browser once I reach settlement level 3 and they'll work fine.
However since the 5th slot does not shows up I can't demolish it if I need to. This can be circumvent with the console command mod. Using the "build" command I can instantly build or demolish buildings in the building browser.

I only have Mixu above the list I put up, the rest of the mods below are unit, equipment & UI changes so nothing that will interfere with the BSE stuff.

Tried your order with Mixu and Radious Mixer comptability, still doesn't change so far :( Maybe it should be "lower" in order and so with bigger priority idk (i know that some mods fucked my game for some reasons and still can't find the proper problem :/, so might be this too idk)

@DarknessWrath, I would say try without Radious. If it works then it's definitely Radious' fault and they are the ones you should ask to look into it.

I don't understand why prop joes MM didn't have that load order by default, but 3 rows was 8th for load order and when I moved it to load directly after BSE main it worked :derp:

Verified files, unsubbed and resubbed, started new campaign with a couple different factions to test, am using prop joes MM and still with just those mods its still only showing two rows. What does your load order look like when you launch so I can match it up? Typically with prop joes MM load order is taken care of already the way it needs to be but I've done all the typical steps and it's still doing only 2 rows

Tried having 3 Rows and the submod between 3 Rows and the Radious submod, it doesn't seem to change so far rn, and the 20 Major doesn't seem to work still
(i'll do more tries and update it, as i know my game is having some problems some mods like yours because of Radious, and still doesn't know why, idk if it's only my end tho as before 5.0 i didn't have any problems)

@DarknessWrath, it looks correct. I don't know much about Radious and its submods, so my guess would be that it also changes same TWUI files in some way and that causes a conflict. Since I'm not using Radious and everything works fine on my side. But you can try and put 3 Rows and this submod above Radious and see if it helps.

Managed to make it work all together and still doesn't work apparently ? Have i missed something in order or some mods could change this ?? (it's on top mod list and not way low where Radious is)

Oh my bad forgot to precise, i use the submod ! (Have in order so far: Radious Mixu Comp, Mixu's, 3 rows, 20 slots, 6 minor buildings + extra race, UGSCC + 3 Rows comptability and UGSCC main submod)
Now for some reasons after doing some tries in load order, can't even start the game besides with random miracle there and by lmao, i also tried placing 3 rows between 20 slots and the others in case, but i guess it just mod order question now rather than mods themselves. (i've been checking one by one which mods caused problems, and it worked so far at the end of the night for some times :/)

Arf, for now it doesn't work for me so far, either it doesn't work with my radious config, or it works but i don't have 20 buildings slots on capital D: (got BSE 20, 6 minor, extra comptability and UGSCC), it doesn't work with Radious at all ? Just figured out what messed with my list recently and otherwise it seems i need to go for a second round D:

@Krakenous, what you have there is correct. Basically it doesn't matter where exactly 3 Rows of Building Slots is placed in the load order, as long as it is above my UGSCC/GSCC mods.

So for clearer terminology; you just sandwich the 3-rows base mod in-between the compatibility mod (this one) and the UGSCC/GSCC mods.

@Arawwn, changing the load order in this case is required for the mods in question to work properly. Otherwise BSE UGSCC / BSE GSCC UI changes will overwrite changes from 3 Rows of Building Slots.
