@Suzuna can you post your modlist in Bugreports? Perhaps some other mod has issues, because I tried with a huge modlist and couldn't get any mapgen errors to appear

That usually means the pawnkind defs are messed up, and the game fails to generate a faction leader or other role. You can try regenerating the map a few times and see if it works OK sometiimes, or never.
