TDKillen's Imrik's Dragons as Heroes

This seems incompatible with VCO since you don't recruit the unit versions and VCO's conditions for Imrik require them to be recruited.
MVGkaiser 25 Jun @ 2:27am
the page doesn't reflect your 6.1 update
MVGkaiser 19 Jun @ 10:00am
update?
freverdy 10 Jun @ 6:56pm
thanks, I forgot to select a settlement before so nothing was happening
Estellus 10 Jun @ 5:10pm
Spawn is the wrong command. See my last.
freverdy 10 Jun @ 3:31pm
I typed "spawn TD_imrik_black_dragon_lord" and I have a skaven who appeared (I'm guessing that there is a conflict with another mod) but his skills are grey out
Estellus 10 Jun @ 1:28pm
UID is correct, command is wrong. IIRC it's "agent champion TD_imrik_black_dragon_lord" (or the other dragon you're looking for)
While targeting the settlement you want it to spawn from, of course
freverdy 10 Jun @ 10:59am
@Estellus, nothing happens for me when I enter the code you gave. When I enter spawn wh2_dlc15_hef_forest_dragon_boss_imrik, it appears but I have the same problem as @Inotenchi.

do I need to type only TD_imrik_black_dragon_lord for it to work?
Estellus 26 May @ 4:15pm
Yeah there's your problem, this mod doesn't *change* the existing entities, it creates *new ones* that replace the base game ones, those are the codes you need.

TD_imrik_black_dragon_lord
TD_imrik_forest_dragon_lord
TD_imrik_moon_dragon_lord
TD_imrik_star_dragon_lord
TD_imrik_sun_dragon_lord

o7
Inotenchi 25 May @ 6:40am
@Estellus

Can you give the specific code to do it right?
Inotenchi 25 May @ 6:35am
With some work I did find a way to spawn in the dragon heroes, but the heroes "did not have" the skill page, so i can not put in points (greyed out).
I used this console command for example:
spawn wh2_dlc15_hef_forest_dragon_boss_imrik

The dragons are chimeras of ROR and heroes. They have the ranks and not levels, but "have" skill pages.

Or did I something wrong?
Estellus 17 Apr @ 10:32pm
If you download RPFM and the console command mod, you can inspect the elements of this mod, find the hero codes, and spawn them via console, then level them to whatever your Noble recruit rank bonus is.

That's what I did in my last campaign when it happened to me.
Chaosdragon 17 Apr @ 9:14am
yeah I got the same problem like @JoshuaOBrain, the option to recruit the legendary heroes is there but the button is grayed out
JoshuaOBrain 16 Apr @ 6:48am
Now even if the legendary dragon is defeated, it cannot be recruited as a hero。I'm not sure if it's the other mods
LiquidThicc 15 Apr @ 3:34pm
For some reason for me, the last update was Dec 29th?
Katxine 12 Apr @ 8:34pm
Thank you for the reply, I loved to use them as heroes or lords when I played Warhammer 2, but I don't have the knowledge to port mods. Your work will be greatly appreciated <3
JediMasterDraco  [author] 12 Apr @ 8:31pm
Yeah I meant to get on that, but I've been burned out on TWWIII lately. It tends to happen that every so often I end up taking an extended leave from certain games and playing something else. I'll probably end up back on this game at some point, probably when the new DLC drops at the latest.
Katxine 12 Apr @ 7:28pm
Hey, do you have any plan on porting the same mod, but for legendary lords like the original has?
JediMasterDraco  [author] 28 Mar @ 12:47pm
Updated for 6.1
JediMasterDraco  [author] 22 Jan @ 11:07pm
Modding with RFPM is fairly simple. It was actually one of the first ways that I began to learn modding (along with text documents for earlier TW games).
Rel Bobster 22 Jan @ 10:55pm
I think this whole mod will be the reason I finally learn RFPM
JediMasterDraco  [author] 22 Jan @ 10:52pm
Not a problem. And provided you know the faction name used in the game files, you should be able to use the guide to apply the mechanic to any them. Be aware that the UI won't be active (and I'm not sure how to transfer it), but dragon encounters should still spawn correctly.
Rel Bobster 22 Jan @ 10:36pm
Thank you for the quick reply I was already prepping myself to figure this out with brute force I really appreciate it.
JediMasterDraco  [author] 22 Jan @ 10:28pm
I mean, I don't really have that much experience with console commands, but I'd imagine that it would be more or less the same as with any other hero type unit. Alternatively, if you want, you can apply the campaign mechanic to the Tyrion campaign. Open the packfile with RPFM, navigate to the script file, where it says "imrik_faction" at the top change "wh2_dlc15_hef_imrik" to "wh2_main_hef_eataine" then search "spawn_character_to_pool" and it should appear five time in quick succession and in all five cases do the same as before. Also, you'll need to look at the "faction_agent_permitted_subtypes" table and add entries for "wh2_main_hef_eataine" corresponding to each of the five dragons. That's a similar way that I run this mod with Eltharion.
Rel Bobster 22 Jan @ 9:54pm
Is there a way to add these dragons to the game with console commands? I wanted to add these guys to a tyrion campaign.
JediMasterDraco  [author] 10 Jan @ 8:26pm
That makes sense because the hero versions are technically different units from the original dragons. They replace the vanilla dragons in the rewards.
Lord Xalenor 10 Jan @ 12:57pm
this mod seems to be incompatible with victory conditions overhaul, it doesn't seem to recognize the hero versions as being recruited in the objectives.
JediMasterDraco  [author] 28 Dec, 2024 @ 6:10pm
For those of you who waited patiently for the fix for certain abilities, they have now been fixed. Somehow, some true/false entries were incorrect. I have now tested it and things should work correctly now.
Revenantzor 26 Dec, 2024 @ 4:45am
Fair enough. Thank you for the supr-fast reply :)
JediMasterDraco  [author] 25 Dec, 2024 @ 8:48pm
No unfortunately. It's a script mod so you need a new campaign. It doesn't turn the dragons into heroes in so much as it replaces the RoR dragons with new units that are heroes.
Revenantzor 25 Dec, 2024 @ 2:54pm
Hey, perhaps a dumb question, but is this mod save-game compatible? I'm already 30 turns into my Imrik campaign and I'd hate to start fresh. Either way, looks like a really fun mod, thanks for making it!
Erysican 23 Dec, 2024 @ 6:56am
Figured out it was having The Old World and/or Expanded Event Art enabled which caused the dragon battles not to spawn. Unfortunately the dragon heroes never appear in the noble panel, even once defeated
Erysican 21 Dec, 2024 @ 4:34pm
Getting a weird bug where the dragon challenge battles never appear- not even in the quest list. Probably a mod conflict. Anyone else?
Iconomy 19 Dec, 2024 @ 11:57pm
Re-subbed and it finally worked
惟匠心也 19 Dec, 2024 @ 10:10pm
Hey man, thanks for the update but the calamity skill on Shackolot and Slann Connection skill on Ymwrath still aren't working.
JediMasterDraco  [author] 19 Dec, 2024 @ 9:10pm
Okay it's been corrected. I play a slightly modified version of this mod where the mechanic is applied to Yvresse.
JediMasterDraco  [author] 19 Dec, 2024 @ 9:04pm
Let me take a look.
Iconomy 19 Dec, 2024 @ 7:12pm
I enabled this mod and started an IE campaign, and the dragon encounter countdown never started.
JediMasterDraco  [author] 19 Dec, 2024 @ 10:34am
This might have been the easiest update cycle I've ever had. Even this, arguably my most complicated mod only needed a couple minor tables updated and a few data entries changed. More of this CA. Please.
JediMasterDraco  [author] 13 Dec, 2024 @ 4:35pm
I will be taking care of that sometime in the coming week. I'm currently away from my main computer, but this and other mods should be getting updates around Wednesday/Thursday.
Samurai_Shogun 13 Dec, 2024 @ 4:20pm
some tables are outdated from the 6.0 patch.
逆天者习近平 1 Nov, 2024 @ 3:25pm
thank you for your service
JediMasterDraco  [author] 18 Oct, 2024 @ 9:43am
Okay. That's an error I can hopefully correct. Let me take a look at it sometime this week and I should have an answer.
惟匠心也 18 Oct, 2024 @ 4:57am
Hey man, great mod but the calamity skill on Shackolot and Slann Connection skill on Ymwrath aren't working. I can select the skill but not the target.
mcsuppe 13 Oct, 2024 @ 11:58am
It's not working anymore.
JediMasterDraco  [author] 1 Oct, 2024 @ 11:22pm
Yeah I don't know why that issue is occurring. I just tested my game and it's working.
jameswillow.jam 1 Oct, 2024 @ 1:27pm
i don't like playing vanilla but i turned off all the mods except this one and the bug still seems to be there
dlwlrma 27 Sep, 2024 @ 2:04am
Additionally, a larger hit area means that more enemies can attack the Legendary Dragon at the same time, thus weakening its combat capabilities significantly. I'd like to see its size reduced or a melee skill line added in the next version. If used with other overhaul mods (radious or sfo), the legendary dragons will have their resistances overwritten as well as their passive and melee stats. I really like imrik as a faction, and a big part of that comes from the five legendary dragons, so I hope the author will make improvements. Thanks!!!

Hello, English is not my first language. This mod doesn't seem to work with radious unless it's made to load first. Also I found out that these legendary dragons have too big hit area, even bigger than dwarven thunder airships. Also it doesn't seem to enhance the melee abilities of the legendary dragons
TheKingEma1 17 Sep, 2024 @ 1:54pm
Maybe, I put a lot of mods for the high elves, I don't know what they will be but I'll try it. thank you
