You need to use "mod tools" from workshop and you need to edit every citizen.

Super Super, thanks, How I can do this? I must change all citizen types for solve 1/2 issue. Am I need an editor?

@1942ertan I tried out to scale them smaller. This is the "child female"- version in scale 0.5 xyz

I think the problem could be when the girls is riding the ingame bike. I think it will look weird. I only saw this girl next to the woman to make a screenshot.

I would be happy if you could try
I want to make the western parts of Germany an area of roughly 2500 km2.
The only obstacle between me and the realistic map is people twice as big :)

I think I could do that with mod tools with my dog citizens. I am not sure. I think I changed something there to get an acceptable size. I dont know if its works with human citizens, but it could be.

Dear SvenBerlin, Can you create 1/2 scale citizen unit?
I made 1/2 scale asset for new map, I need 1/2 scale citien. Or can we hide citizen unit?
