i got the mod and started a new game with it. when i entered port cacao, i basically walked around everywhere and couldnt trigger any kind of interaction. the patients wouldnt trigger to a fight, i couldnt find any characters to talk to etc. i checked every building and all i could do is loot those corpses leaning against trees in the area where you start.

Interesting idea, custom scenarios. Maybe some enterprising modder could someday give us an Arulco campaign?
