So fun fact but it looks like this bug is getting corrected in the 4.0 patch, to my great surprise. This means that hopefully, I won't have any need to update this when 4.0 launches.

Updated to v3.14.159! Also discovered that Sanctuary still had broken graphics but that has been corrected

That's likely it, I've never tested this with either an interface or galactic map mod

@d.kall: No, for ringworlds I use only this mod.
I use two mods for interface and galactic map, as well, may be I need to turn it off...

As you mentioned, the clouds aren't moving, but otherwise this looks perfect, and certainly a lot better than the vanilla version. Two thumbs up - thank you!
