zipper paint region is useless add something on the back to help with team recognition.

my original comment seems to be gone, but I think just having the jacket be his default red with a Pyro gradient might look nice.

Same as some comments are saying, an armband would do nicely to keep team colors and still keep the same look, also the paint regions seem wayy to small to matter, why even add them?

great texture work, I also appreciate the fact that team colors are still noticable, but I think an arm band is needed for sure since players expect to see team colors in the same spots.

The folds are *super agressive* imo. I get that it's leather, but still, looks off in a tf2 enviroment. Also yes - team colour regions, could be nice to see some arm bands, but this doesn't offend me all that much, but it does need a look in-game

how about a gradient from brown to red? kinda like the antarctic researcher.

Krool is right. As much as I love the indiana jones reference and the look here, covering that much team color just doesn't sit right with me. Maybe add some arm bands or something to show more of the original team color?
