Yes, because the normally not-at-all-team-colored top of Demo's head is the only indicator anyone will look at for which team he is on. Nothing else gives any hint whatsoever, no sirree.

Make it non-paintable. In it's current state you can just put a color similar to slate on it and then boom. Blu Demo on Red team.
