Thanks for the feedback. I removed the yellow armor and merged front and back pieces. A single demigryph will have a uniformly colored armor now.
I added some different reskinned coats for demigryphs, let me know if they look bad or contrast too much. If you have any references for additional coat reskins, please share them.
I'm not sure what you mean.
The demigryphs use the hu1l skeleton which, to my knowledge, is used exclusively by Theodore Bruckner.
When it comes to conflicts with other reskins, it depends what those reskins change. All meshes used by the demigryphs from this mod are their own files (excluding textures I guess). If those reskins do not change the files for demigryphs, then it will be fine. If they do, then it will depend which of the mod loads first.
Let me know what reskins you are thinking of and I will go check for conflicts when I have the time.
