Thanks for the heads up, I'm not on top of CAs updates.
I have changed the health values, they should be ok now.
If you notice anything weird stat wise then please let me know.

something to report. When testing this mod by itself, the stats for the demigryph are still before 5.3 so they dont have their up to date health.

Will it be possible to make a submod for SFO? The unit looks visually okay but the stats remain in vanilla. If I were to try to make a submod, do you know if I need to edit the stats only¡ And. will that break the visuals?

I just realised 3d portholes are messed up for the demis. I will try to fix it later today (I'm not sure how, but there probably is a tutorial somewhere).

Thanks for the feedback. I removed the yellow armor and merged front and back pieces. A single demigryph will have a uniformly colored armor now.
I added some different reskinned coats for demigryphs, let me know if they look bad or contrast too much. If you have any references for additional coat reskins, please share them.

Loving the idea of this mod, demigryphs have been forgotten about since 2016. The reskin I feel is good, I'm a bit torn about the two piece armor colors, it might be a bit too much especially when compared to other units in the game. The yellow I feel is also a bit too colorful, the rest I feel is very cool. The animations are much better then the static demigryph ones, sadly CA's Bruckner has some animation issues (right arm mostly). Overall great mod!

With the latest update and splitting the demigryph armor to front and back section the models might look too colorful. Please share your feedback if it looks bad - I could for example make front and back armor always the same color and/or remove some of them to reduce variance.

I meant will giving riders skin like reiksguard for example break the model thanks to different skeletons if they have different but you allready answered me with that they use hu1l

Japanese horse riders used silk capes on horseback to make them less susceptible to arrows hitting them, and getting your cape pulled seems really difficult when you rush in through a crowd and then back out. I would say for a fantasy game, this isn't too terribly unrealistic, and rule of cool reigns supreme once more! Thanks for this mod.

I'm not sure what you mean.
The demigryphs use the hu1l skeleton which, to my knowledge, is used exclusively by Theodore Bruckner.
When it comes to conflicts with other reskins, it depends what those reskins change. All meshes used by the demigryphs from this mod are their own files (excluding textures I guess). If those reskins do not change the files for demigryphs, then it will be fine. If they do, then it will depend which of the mod loads first.
Let me know what reskins you are thinking of and I will go check for conflicts when I have the time.
