Also reactivated the other mods and things seem to stil be fine... weird, dunno what could have happened at all
The AI has access to the ATTs. This is intentional.
Tries turning off all mods except the UI and KGE + KSE, and whiel the preview issue gets corrected, the ATT shill shows up if using another (vanilla) shipset/is used as the default landing ship. (though it does fix the preview issue, and havent seen the automatic recreation of ships happening so far)
Sorry but you have defo an issue on your side. Everthing runs as it should on mine.
If you run "AI use custom shipsets" turn that crap off.
Don't run KGE + KSE and Vengeance + VSE in the same mod setup.
-one the preview during specie customization, quite a few models from other shipsets get replaced by kurogane ones for some reason: they are fine in game however. Th easiest exemple to spot is the ion cannon, but sometimes its even just a section that gets replaced with a kurogane ship. That affects most if not all shipsets, vanilla included
-All shipsets have access to the ATT (but not the ironclad/conquistador/artemis as normal), and use the kurogane ship model for them in-game whielthe ship model is invisible in the ship builder
-lastly, there is a weird bug with some of the added ships (conquistador and ATT) where if you create a custom model and delete the auto-generated one, the game will attempt to recreate an automatic model after a short while. The Artemis and Ironclad are fine however
I don't know what is going on on your side. I have checked it with and without NSC active. All models do show.
You might have a mod conflict or the mod download from Steam failed.
That is strange. The the small crafts show the KGE models on my side.

Sorry but I don't really understand your question. Can you try to be a bit more clear / specific?
I have not heard of such an issue yet. I assume that you are right assuming another mod is causing it.
I am not, It's not a big issue though, it doesn't actually affect anything whilst in-game. It's just a visual bug while looking at the ships in the empire creation menu. I have not seen anyone else report it so it's likely a conflict with something else i'm using.

No problem but the answer to your question is that KGE 2.0 is not compatible with "Downscaled Ships".
A small and elegant UI-Mod that adds more and scrollable building slots to zones I can highly recommend.

Are you using any 3rd party mod(s) that can influence the shipset. E.g. "AI use custom shipsets"?
The mod is not compatible with my ship-sets and their sub-mods. I have notified the modder of the mod that this is the case and he deleted

from his mod and the compatibility list. His method to enable the AI to use the sets will not work at all with my sets and cause havoc.
Just a question, I noticed that when i use the this with AI using custom shipset mod, the ai uses custom shipset but they ATT as their transport, is there any way for you to modify the ATT to be used just for players instead of ai? looks weird as they are having Trivalgan shipset from EVE but having Kurogane ATT as their transport.

I'm an absolute idiot, and the lesson to be learned here is to just go to bed instead of trying to fix stuff while tired.
"United Fleet Shipset" now apparently comes with NSC compatibility by itself.
The "NSC patch" is redundant....
Once again I'm so sorry for all this...

So I tested this just now and your are right + I'm an idiot for not adding in my first comment that both "United Fleet Shipset" and it's "NSC patch" are installed and active,

Test load order (only these mods + UI Overhaul):
-UI Overhaul Dynamic
-NSC3
-United Fleet shipset
-United Fleet NSC patch
-Kurogane 2.0
-Kurogane Expanded
And the result is that here at least cruisers are a thing again, yet Battlecruisers/ Dreadnoughts etc (NSC ships above Strike Cruiser) are grayed out.
I guess at this point(more like tomorrow, it's past 1am here) I should just re-install the game and re-subscribe mods just to be sure it isn't some steam/paradox launcher "hiccup"..
Thanks for the heads-up but I've tested it 10 minutes and everything works for both ship-sets.
All ships from both sets are buildable including those of KSE.
Maybe it's a load order issue.
Load order:
- NSC
- Untited Fleet
- KGE 2.0
- Kurosections Expanded (if used).
It's incompatible with "United Fleet Shipset" ... Is this already known?
I didn't play stellaris for a while, yet can remember having both mods active in one playlist did not result in issues back then.
Note: I'm not writing this to request it being fixed. Merely to inform people about it.
