@ezzeqiel, you should read the description, just first sentence…
This type of substation usually contains one step-down transformer and several (sometimes just one too) cells with distribution devices and switching equipment for low-voltage side. In fact, it consists of 95% transformer, so your remark is incorrect.

Its not a transformer. Its a substation. you should change the misleading name.
