You mean the rover?
Side missions. Are they actually fleshed out? I found 1 item with wheels, but have been going in circles looking for some others. Noticed the condor was gone and wondering if the side mission objectives might have despawned?
Other than it it seems interesting so far despite a crash landing of Condor doing moderate damage to scout.
I did check the bodies and lockers I found the first attempt - I even went as far as turning on admin commands and checking all the inventories I could find either attached to the base or showing as a grid at the base, and none of them had anything besides a few guns and the single drill I found. I'll give it another go though for sure :)
Do not broadcast any signals and do not fly high above the ground, because that increases the chance of being spotted by aliens dramatically.
Your Thunderbolt is the only defence against enemy until you build anything else or fix the turrets. Keep it functional in case they come and try to get you.
When it comes to respawn, that's one of your priorities at the early game - make sure you have a place to respawn. It will require fixing stuff.
This scenario is quite difficult. It's more for experienced players.
Sometimes the Condor crashes too. In this case there's not to many options to survive. Maybe if you would fly with suit to the base without drawing any attention, you works be able to make it. The landing sequence is really complicated. I did my best to make it work, but still it occasionally crashes, mainly because it somehow clips through terrain (which I consider Keen bug). It's best to just save the game shortly before landing. Weak CPU or low sim speed can make it occur more often.
First playthrough attempt, got to the base, but there were no tools. Eventually a scion came and murdered me. No respawns available.
Second attempt, two scion scouts attacked the Condor before things even got offloaded, jamming the ramp, killing me, again no respawn available.
Did a recent update break something?
I am going to explore further away from the center of the map to see the spawns
While I am not a fan of weaponcore, I am intrigued by Scion Mod the further away from the center you get the harder the spawn.
Also, a quick suggestion If you can add a Silicon Ore source to the map of the planet, it would be great. Handmining stone to get silicon is boring. The only other regular source I found was the cockpit of the Scion small ships. But that is the first thing that gets destroyed when using weapons like the flechette launcher
I killed all the jammer structures around and the ship convoy trying to escape, repaired the antenna dish (replace it because it was shot down by a spawn at one point) also repaired a lot of the base.
the only thing happening is a lot of ISDF small ship spawn around now. and also many matriarch and escorts
But the original ship that brought me down despawned a long time ago, and when I tried to go to the original landing site nothing happens
Is there something else to the scenario on this planet? or can I go explore space and the others planets for different spawns?
I grinded a few of them from the scouts that keep spawning but i cannot repair or build one
while digging a bit a found some of the ores kamacite i think (a mix supposed to be Fe,Ni,Co) but when I mine it it turn into S-10 pistol magazines that cannot be used in any way
I remembered this issue and checked the mod list, it is missing the better stone mod
Better Deep Scarce Stone needs it to work correctly.
You need both mod installed, added to your world, and the mod better deep scarce stone above Better Stone
after adding it to the mod list the S-10 pistol magazines transformed into the correct ores and could be refined
so I cannot finish repairing the survival kit because i'm missing parts for it nor make any tools to get those parts
so I gave myself a basic grinder in admin mode to just get going.
I just wanted to know if that was the path we were supposed to go (finding a grinder) or if there was something more that i was missing
Yeah, the landing can be a surprise, but hey, it's survival after all. The worst it's when the Subjugator managers to hunt you down before you land.

*Quits, removes WeaponCore mod folder, un-subs*
Make a version without WC, and I might take a second look.
It's best to just save the game when you're close to the surface and then load when something goes wrong.
Then once I got out and about the ship kept wanting to roll over to the left. Maybe dropship impacts damaged things, hard to say. Had to call it quits at that point.

I have a few more, but haven't published them yet, such as the gun tower.
Making good and accurate builds and creating MES behaviors is very time consuming. I would appreciate someone making part of the blueprints, but i know how demanding it is.
