it's very very good but i think it should definitely have medic's emblem incorporated in some way,
as a suit fanatic i can understand why you would rather not put it in at all to keep the style, but in terms of readability i think it's better if it is there; maybe on the tie or as an arm band?
edit : i also noticed the tie is paintable, so it definitely needs a team-colored medi-logo for readability imo.
the model work and textures are perfect but i think those changes would make it a W for me at least
