I'm afraid to update my mods unecessary everytime the game updates because in several ocasions I forgot to backup long descriptions and they are reset everytime you update the mod so, I am taking that message down less frequently than I could because of that
All my mods have been tested btw, the only one I couldn't get to work is the realistic pump
Yours is not that old so I gave it a shot and with the recent UBOAT updates, I haven't had any issues so far.
Regardless if it works or not, people still crave that reassurance, and appreciate continued support for their most favorite mods. Personally, seeing a mod with an older update date- I usually avoid, also depending on the game's recent update history.
Thanks!
Always check the modpage and its comments to check if its still working or not, and yes, it is working
Thx
I use authentic goods mod but not this mod.
I have never seen an empty hold before.
Also I cannot seem to dive on wrecks either but I think that might be another mod that has stopped that.
Ships when returned to after destroying are listed as "sinking" In shallow water they sometimes never hit bottom or break in two and one half never sinks.
I'm suspecting a mod has updated automatically somewhere and it is affecting things.
I haven't attempted to update anything in the game at all.
So i don't think your mod has affected that at all.
A general rule of thumb: Graphics, Meshes, and Music? Save Game Ok!
Other files: Start new game.
Really depends on game. Uboat? No. Even with games that do allow it, installing a mod can throw off the internal references, but the rest of the dame doesn't know what they moved to, and while it may work in the beginning, eventually enough calls will be made with invalid references that it'll bog down, crash, and possibly corrupt your game.
So, even if you're playing another game that'll let you, it's still best to start a new game.
